What the app is for
Happy Club 2.0 keeps the books for a single community savings group (bachat samuha). The treasurer records each member's monthly savings, the group's loans and repayments, bank interest and expenses, and everyone can see where the fund stands. Dates can be shown in the Bikram Sambat or Gregorian calendar.
Common questions
Who can sign in? Only email addresses the group's organiser has added to the group. Everyone else is refused at sign-in. Ask your treasurer to add you.
I can see the records but cannot change anything. That is the viewer role. Only members given edit access can add or change records.
Can I use it offline? Yes. Records are kept on the device and synchronise when you are back online.
How do I correct a mistaken entry? Open the entry from the member's page or the History tab, then edit or delete it. The totals recalculate immediately.
How do I delete my data? Ask your group's organiser to remove you, or email us at the address above and we will remove your records from the group.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. There is no advertising and no tracking, and nothing is shared with anyone outside your group.
